We understand what our clients need and expect from their teachers. At BrightSpark we know your focus is on education and the management of your school, and so our recruitment service is simple, straight-forward and effective.

How does our service work?

Our service fits into your current recruitment process as an additional means of sourcing suitable candidates as and when you need them. You alert us to a vacancy when it arises and we will alert you when we have a candidate we believe may be a good fit in your school, we then provide profiles of suitable candidates for your consideration.

> Vacancy arises: update us on your staffing needs.

> Candidate shortlist: receive full and comprehensive profiles from us for available candidates who match your needs.

> Candidate processing: inform us which candidates you wish to process and we assist to arrange interviews and complete any necessary application forms.

> Candidate checking: we are committed to safeguarding. We will obtain qualification documents and confidential references and also request criminal background checks.

> Completion: once the above is complete we assist with contract discussions (if required) and on-boarding, and stay in touch with you and the candidate until they have settled into their new post. Our one-off recruitment fee is due only when the candidate has arrived to work with you.

What are our fees?

We aim to keep our service simple and cost-effective for our schools, at all times. We charge one fee for our recruitment service, which is payable only after the candidate you chose has arrived to work with you. There are no up-front fees, and no fees for our services unless they result in a successful placement. That one-off placement fee is commensurate with the level and type of your recruitment, and is agreed at the start of the process.
